Options

The Options command manages global options. On the right side the different options are listed into two groups:

DocumentProperties

The DocumentProperties options manage the settings for the current model.

These are some of the most common document property options:

  • Annotation Styles: Manage settings for text, dimensions, and leaders for the current model.
  • Grid: Manage the grid's visibility or size settings for the current model.
  • Hatch: Manage loaded hatch patterns in the current model.
  • Lands Design: Manage Document, Geolocation and Layers settings for Lands objects in the current model.
  • Linetypes: Manage the linetype patterns for the current model.
  • Parameters: Manage the parameters fields or add extra information fields to objects.
  • Render: Manage the Rhino Render settings for the current model.
  • Units: Manage the units used by model and layout spaces.

Rhino Options

The Options command manage the global options. These options affect all instances of RhinoLands.

These are some of the most common document property options:

  • Appearance: Define the colors and visibility of RhinoLands display items.
  • Files: Manage templates, backup files, file saving and locking.
  • Keyboard: Manage keyboard shortcuts to run Rhino commands.
  • Lands Design: Manage general, layers and data source options for all instances of RhinoLands.
  • Modeling Aids: Manages settings for grid and object snaps and construction planes.
  • Plug-ins: Manage plug-in programs loading and enabling.
