Extract Elevation Data Triangulation

The Extract Elevation Data Triangulation extracts elevation data from a terrain in the form of a triangular mesh (triangulation). This generates a structure that represents the terrain through a network of triangles, where each vertex contains elevation information. It is useful for obtaining the precise geometry of the terrain in the form of points and triangles, allowing for analysis, modifications, or exporting the mesh for other terrain modeling processes.

Steps:

1. Select the terrain from a viewport.
2. Select the Terrain or the Elevation data node from the selection list of the Edit panel.
3. Click the Extract elevation data triangulation option in the Edit area of Edit panel.
